History

Willow Building Company, founded in 1987 by Nancy Clay, has been a full-service custom remodeling and custom home construction business from the beginning. Based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Willow was one of the first woman-owned construction companies in Southeast Michigan.

Today, Willow is a diversified family-owned business comprised of two divisions, residential and commercial. Our experience over 20+ years has equipped us to efficiently design, direct and complete construction projects of all types and sizes.
