Nancy Clay Founder & President

Nancy Clay founded Willow Building Company in 1987 and has successfully led it's growth ever since. Nancy possesses the uncommon combination of the skillset required to manage an efficient construction project with the trained eye of a certified Interior Designer. In fact, she graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Interior Design. For our prospective clients, "if you're a discerning client looking for the best in design and construction then I want to apply to be your builder", Nancy likes to say.

Alex Clay Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Alex Clay joined Willow Building Company in 2005. A graduate of Western Michigan University, Alex brings a strong background in corporate sales and manages Willow's sales and marketing efforts. Alex currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Home Builders Association Remodelers Council.
