This 1970's tri-level was very outdated and consisted of small, poorly-functional spaces. Willow Building added 3 separate additions to this project as well as remodeling the original house. The additions to the home were a master suite, a kitchen and a sky room with 180 degrees of windows.
Willow Building constructed a 1-story addition which included the expansion of an eating area, family room and a new bedroom and bathroom.
This house was added onto to create a larger kitchen for a growing family. Oak trim was used throughout.
This three story addition doubled the size of this Ann Arbor home. The project includes a full basement, new kitchen, family room and full bath on the first floor. The second floor is a master suite with a study off the bedroom.
This two story addition added more space for a growing family. The first floor added a new living/dining room and kitchen. The second floor encompases a beautiful master suite.
Both Nancy and Alex Clay are CAPS (Certified Aging-in-Place Specialists) Certified. This designation is obtained via continuing education within the construction industry. During the certification process, a builder learns the strategies and techniques for designing and building aesthetically enriching, barrier-free living environments. The CAPS program goes beyond design to address the codes and standards, providing comprehensive and practical aging-in-place solutions.
Willow Building has constructed both new homes and remodeling jobs with strict adherence to "Aging In Place" standards.
